the video is a tounge in cheek homage to cheesy bollywood films, its so colourful and packed full of bad engrish subtitles i had flashbacks to the "evil marharaja" scene in moulin rouge (although i must add devendra pulls off smokey eyeliner much better than kidman) hes actually not that bad looking when hes rocking a 5a clock shaddow rather than housing a nest full of baby birds in his chin for the winter. much like the time my bestie and i were so disturbed at a black keys concert a few yrs back by dans newly acquired fuzz we were willing to nip nextdoor to the 7/11 buy a disposable and shave him on stage.
